Overview
Situated overlooking the marina of Port Bourgenay and bodering an enclosed forest, is the fantastic Golf de Port Bourgenay. The club is home to two 18-hole courses, one a Championship course and, the other, a pitch and putt course – the only one of its kind in France.
The Championship course was first created in 1912 and was extended to its current 18 holes by Pierre Thevenin in 1990. The course has a typical American layout and is a truly beautiful course with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from many of the holes. The course has an exciting layout and requires strategical thinking and accuracy in order to score well. Golf de Port Bourgenay is a very pleasant course to play and is suitable for all handicaps. It provides an interesting challenge and can be quite daunting when those sea winds blow.
Location
Two diverse regions, both popular with travelling golfers yet far enough away to travel to avoid the crowds. Brittany has the longest coastline of any region in France and many of the golf courses and hotels that we feature take advantage of the coast, both on the northern and southern shores.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
