Overview
The Valle del Este Resort occupies a 108 hectare site, next to the Mediterranean dual carriageway. Opened in 2002, Jose Canales has integrated the golf course into the landscape by making use of indigenous vegetation.
Wide fairways, elevated tees, receptive greens with a wide range of flag positions, as well as strategically-positioned water hazards and bunkers make each hole an authentic challenge regardless of your standard of play. Short in the modern day, there is a good combination of very challenging holes, with other less strenuous ones.
The desert of Almeria surrounding the course, offering occasional glimpses of the Mediterranean, and the folds of the terrain make for a spectacle of visual contrast and a perfect setting to enjoy golf in.

The Costa de Almeria is tucked away in Spain’s south-eastern corner between the Costa Blanca region (famous for La Manga and the Nicklaus Trail) and the Costa del Sol (one of the most famous golfing regions in Europe). Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
