Overview
The Sheringham Golf Club is situated in Norfolk and is set on the west side of the town on a strip of rolling, gorse-clad clifftop that lies between the preserved North Norfolk Railway and the North Sea in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The undulating fairways and fast, true greens will prove a test to all standards of golfer and the views are truly spectacular with the North Sea on one side and local steam trains on the other. The course celebrated its centenary in 1991 and remains one of the most picturesque in the region – the view from the 5th tee is one of the most memorable in golf!
Despite its beauty, this course is certainly no push-over. Noted for its long par 4 holes, the course is a severe test of players’ ability, especially when the wind blows. There is a large practice area with bunkers and facilities including pitching areas, practice nets and practice putting greens, there is also an indoor practice and coaching facility.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
