Overview
Founded in 1888 and relocated to its current location in 1895 the Bibury 9 hole course was designed by 5 time Open winner Mr J.H. Taylor. The course was extended to 18 holes some years later and the layout is a combination by C W Limouzin (the older holes dating from approx 1920) and Simon Gidman (the newer holes designed and built in 1989). More recently it has changed to a 27 hole complex.
Set in the glorious Wiltshire countryside close to the medieval City of Salisbury, the course offers magnificent views for miles around. It is probably the finest downland course in Southern England where visitors are made most welcome.
All 27 holes are maintained to a very high standard by a dedicated team of professionals, with the quality of the greens and the presentation of the course highly praised by golfers throughout the year.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
