Overview
Royal Cromer enjoys a select location between Yarmouth and Brancaster. ‘Select’ firstly for its site atop cliffs which alternate with sandy dunes right down the coastline and afford some superb views.
Secondly in historical terms, because this is where they thought up the idea of the Curtis cup between the top British and American ladies. And last but by no means least for the course, which although not a links has the same sort of difficulties including gorse bushes, wind and beautiful bunkering for which we suspect Harry Colt was largely responsible. You need to keep your wits about you as some of the elevation changes are surprising. Although not quite in the same league as it illustrious neighbours and without the visual appeal you get with dunes on a true links course, this layout is well worth a thoroughly serious visit. While you are here, make the most of your time and see the very pretty old cathedral city of Norwich.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
