Overview
Designed by the popular Scottish golf course architect John Chilver Stainer, the 18-hole course at Playitas Golf Club offers a fair, but challenging experience that will appeal to golfers of all abilities.
Short by today’s standard at just over 5,000 yards and with a Par of 67, the course has an interesting combination of eight Par 3s, seven Par 4s and three Par 5s. It has used the natural hills and valleys to great effect and these contrast nicely with the surrounding rugged, volcanic mountains and the spectacular sea views which can be appreciated from nearly every hole.
Golfers need to watch out for the tricky, lightning-fast greens with its many plateaus and undulations and be sure to take great precision with their approach shots. Water also increases the difficulty of this fantastic course with water coming into play on all but five holes.

Fuerteventura is the second biggest of the Canary Islands and is known for its white sandy beaches, water sports and the year-round warm climate making it popular with holiday makers, particularly during the winter.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
