Overview
Playing at Marrakech Palmeraie in the north-east of the city is said to be like playing on a lush desert oasis. The golf course was opened in 1992 (the second oldest golf course in the region) and is rated the best course in the area by many of our visiting clients. The course was designed by Robert Trent Jones and the emphasis is more about strategy and accuracy than power.
The golf course was updated in 2009 and the new nine holes added to make the course an interchangeable three loops of nine-holes. The preferred nine is the back nine of the old course which has plenty of water hazards to test your accuracy and offer opportunities for risk and reward shots. take a few spare balls as the lakes often win!
The golf course has wonderful views to the snow-capped Atlas Mountains and the club house has a wide range of facilities as well as the use of the many restaurants, bars and shops in the Palmeraie estate.
Location
Marrakech is the golfing capital of Morocco. There are over a dozen very good 18 hole courses in close proximity to the city and some of the game’s greatest names have been involved in the design and launch of many of the more recent courses including Jack Nicklaus, Colin Montgomerie and Tony Jacklin.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
