Overview
Designed by Alain du Bouexic and opened in 1989, La Freslonniere is a truly beautiful course and is kept in immaculate condition throughout the year. The course has been carefully sculptured through the forest in the grounds of an idyllic chateau, dating from Louis X111.
The masses of magnificent rhododendrons that fill the course are one of its most outstanding features, as are its beautiful ornamental lakes and fountains. Although stunning, the course is certainly no walk in the park. Its narrow, undulating, tree-lined fairways, quick greens and prolific lakes call for measured thinking and precise placement in order to score well. The excellent cuisine in the rustic clubhouse adds a perfect finishing touch.
Location
Two diverse regions, both popular with travelling golfers yet far enough away to travel to avoid the crowds. Brittany has the longest coastline of any region in France and many of the golf courses and hotels that we feature take advantage of the coast, both on the northern and southern shores.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
