Overview
Situated on the west coast of Sweden, approximately 2 hours from Gothenburg is the superb Halmstad Golf Club. The club was founded in 1930 and boasts two fantastic 18-hole golf courses that are suitable for all handicaps. The courses are characterised by their plateau greens, sloping fairways and their ravines, brooks and other water hazards.
The par-72 North Course, consistently ranked as one of the top courses in Sweden, winds its way through forests and streams and is reminiscent of classic British parkland courses. The legendary North Course played host to the Solheim Cup in 2007 and the International European Amateur Championship in 2011. The South Course is often regarded as a hidden gem. The course is more forgiving than its sister course and is therefore a friendlier course to the average golfer. This picturesque course offers an interesting challenge that should not be overlooked.
Location
Malmo is located in the far south of Sweden and is a cosmopolitan city with a lively atmosphere and a warm welcome. Access is via Copenhagen Airport with a transfer across the amazing Oresund bridge and tunnel, a combined 12km crossing from Denmark to Sweden over the longest bridge in Europe.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
