Overview
Oostburg is a favourite with our clients staying in Bruges and the surrounding area. It is actually located in the Netherlands, just across the border from Belgium but is closer to our hotels in the Bruges and a great addition to a golf itinerary in the area.
Oostburg is a relatively new course that has matured nicely and boasts a stunning clubhouse with a smart restaurant, large bar and a snooker room. It is also home to the owners. The course is laid out over the flat estate and has a mix of holes through the trees and lakes. There are holes to let loose with the driver and other holes to hold back and plan your shots. The lakes are home to pelicans, a rare sight on a golf course, almost as rare as the eagles and birdies on your scorecard!
Location
The north of Belgium is becoming increasingly popular with our travelling golfers as a great alternative to France. The two most popular destinations are Bruges and Ypres.
Bruges is a truly superb city and is famous for its canals, cobbled streets and medieval buildings. Our hotels are located within the old city walls and are all within easy reach of the popular main squares which are busy with restaurants and bars for evenings out. There are several good golf courses within easy reach of the city and en-route to and from the channel ports.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
