Overview
Golf & Countryclub Oudenaarde is situated in the historic grounds of the impressive 19th-century Petegem Castle and has two magnificent 18-hole courses: the Kasteel or Castle in English and the Anker, anchor course.
The Kasteel course starts with a superb hole overlooking the castle’s lake called ‘Captain’s Drive’ and ends with a fantastic par five named ‘Victory Lane’ with breathtaking views of the clubhouse and its inviting summer terrace! The Kasteel course has recently renovated the Kasteel course and made of it a superb parkland course with strategic bunkers and water hazards to negotiate throughout.
The Anker Course starts at ‘Chalet Baziel’ with a friendly par five and presents a superb finish with its 18th hole par three over the castle’s lake with a magnificent sight towards the castle and clubhouse.
Oudenaarde also has four practice holes, a putting green, a chipping green and a practice area plus the clubhouse, the original castle, is perfect for lunch or drinks after golf in the restaurant or on the terrace on sunny days.

The north of Belgium is becoming increasingly popular with our travelling golfers as a great alternative to France. The two most popular destinations are Bruges and Ypres.
Bruges is a truly superb city and is famous for its canals, cobbled streets and medieval buildings. Our hotels are located within the old city walls and are all within easy reach of the popular main squares which are busy with restaurants and bars for evenings out. Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
