Palingbeek Golf & Country Club is located in the heart of the picturesque beauty of the Flemish countryside and is close to the historical town of Ypres. The gently rolling parkland course of Palingbeek offers a wide range of challenges to players of all abilities. The elegant clubhouse and terrace are located in what was once the chateau of Voormezele, and provide a pleasant and informal setting in which golfers and non-golfers alike can sample the excellence of the kitchen, the popular wine cellar and an extensive Belgian beer selection.
The course has been developed on the WW1 battlefields where golf and history are interwoven. It is an ideal location for golfers wishing to combine a visit to the historic town of Ypres and its surrounding area with a round of golf.
The clubhouse bar and restaurant offer appetising food and drink. There is a beautiful large outdoor terrace to enjoy your meal overlooking the 9th and 18th greens, always an entertaining way to end the day.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
