Overview
Golf Club Retamares is an 18 holes course located in the North of Madrid, 15 minutes away from the main Airport and thirty minutes to the north of Madrid and near the A1 Madrid – Burgos motorway. The course was originally designed by José María Olazábal but has recently been reformed. It has been host to important tournaments like three editions of the Madrid Golf Ladies Masters (Ladies European Tour), and 2 Challenge Tour events.
The Club de Golf Retamares is a family sports club founded in 1993. The course stretches over 720,000 m² of land with spectacular views of the mountains and the capital.
Retamares Golf Club offers accommodation with 27 luxury suites combined with all types of rooms and halls specially designed for events, also patios, Paddle, tennis and squash courts and a gymnasium. The Club has a cafeteria and a warm and comfortable lounge restaurant that gives a private and elegant atmosphere, in which diners can enjoy the full expression of our cuisine. In addition to three lounges with the top lighting and sound technology perfect for kinds of events, two with a terrace overlooking the golf course and unique views of the lakes and mountains of Madrid.
A complete driving range with 33 covered posts, 45 uncovered posts on grass, reversible drive area, a special area for children with 12 covered posts and 30 uncovered posts on grass, swing analysis room, putting green, approaching area and practice bunker. In Retamares is located the Lloyd Evans Academy.

Madrid is a fantastic city, Madrid Airport is 20 minutes distance from the city centre, welcomes flights from all over the world.
Interesting city to discover for golf groups and individuals, as you can play many courses relatively close to the city centre.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
