Overview
BlackSeaRama is a classic links golf course with remarkable views of the sea. Unlike many British coastal links courses, the real difference is the climate with over 260 sunny days at BlackSeaRama, giving the region a 10 month golfing season. It was the first championship signature golf course in Bulgaria and comes complete with endless sea views from the golf courses high vantage point towards the magnificent and extremely diverse bay from Cape Kaliakra to Cape Galata
The clifftop golf course has, as its name suggests, stunning Black Sea views Cape Kaliakra to Cape Galata. It is an 18-hole championship golf course with a par of 72 and a length of over 7,300 yards. It was the first Gary Player signature golf course in Bulgaria.
Player has taken the mainly flat terrain and created a links golf course. The design is created with though for the golfer, as it gives golfers a maximum chance for a good round at a high-class golf course. It was awarded ‘Best new golf course in the world’ in 2009 and is well worth a visit.
Location
In recent years the Black Sea coastline has developed into a popular golfing holiday destination. The climate is ideal for a long golfing season, flight access from the UK to Varna and Burgas is improving every year and the quality of service has improved immensely. There are three golf resorts all located along the same stunning piece of coastline, each with great accommodation, facilities and a golf course. Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
