Overview
The Kyle Phillips-designed Al Maaden golf course opened in 2008 and is a must for any golfing holiday. Previously a barren piece of scrub land, Phillips used his famed ingenuity to create a track that rivals any course in Morocco. It has everything you’d want in a course; there are strategically placed bunkers and tightly cut run off areas to guard the greens, immaculate fairways, well placed water hazards and a great risk-and-reward 18th hole.
This 18-hole championship golf course at the Al Maaden Golf Club is ideally located just ten minutes from Marrakech city centre. It is set in rolling terrain close to the foothills of the nearby Atlas Mountains. There are five different tees to choose from, to it is suitable for all standards of golfer.
The golf club has a warm welcome and will invite you as a member for the day. it has fantastic practice facilities and a modern clubhouse with a lovely restaurant, perfect for a bite to eat and a drink on the terrace after your round.
Location
Marrakech is the golfing capital of Morocco. There are over a dozen very good 18 hole courses in close proximity to the city and some of the game’s greatest names have been involved in the design and launch of many of the more recent courses including Jack Nicklaus, Colin Montgomerie and Tony Jacklin.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
