Overview
The Acaya Golf Club was founded in 1996 , the construction work on the course followed by the Italian architect David Mezzacane dates back to 1998 and will be completed in the spring of 2000 with the delivery of the 18 holes par 72.
In 2003 the hotel and accommodation facilities will be completed. In 2008 the Acaya Golf & Country Club SSD a RL took over from the Acaya Golf Club Sports Association, with the approval of the Federal Council of 1 February 2008.
The golf facility, almost ten years after its construction, began to show the first signs of suffering: on the turf, on the irrigation system and on the waterproofing of artificial lakes.
For this reason the new property, always made up of entrepreneurs from Lecce who had taken over the Salentino club, decided to remodel the course and make it an example of a new golf culture.
Consequently, the study “Hurdzan-Fry” , one of the world’s leading and most prestigious golf architecture studios and already winner of numerous international awards , was entrusted with carrying out a profound technical, agronomic restructuring and complete remodeling of the course to achieve a championship game level.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
