Overview
The philosophy of the Argentario Resort, a member of the Design Hotels group, revolves around the pursuit of wellness and the respect for the environment. The luxury golf resort includes 73 rooms and 1 cottage with an incredible view over the fantastic golf course, Monte Argentario’s landscape or Orbetello Lagoon.
Each design accommodation features a terrace and the latest technologies, and is the result of a meticulous research on materials and fittings. Located next to Porto Ercole, this five-star hotel is surrounded by cork-oak woods and centuries-old olive trees in Tuscany’s Maremma, home to hares, deer, squirrels, wild boars and a variety of bird species.
In 2019, Argentario Golf Club became the PGA National Golf Course Italy, and is the only PGA licensed golf facility in Italy, there are also 2 tennis courts, 2 padel courts, one small football pitch, 2 jogging trails and a modern gym with Technogym equipment.
The panoramic location and the elegance of the luxury resort create the ideal and relaxed setting for both fairytale weddings and business meetings or conferences. The range of services is completed by 2 restaurants, the Dama Dama Restaurant with gourmet cuisine and the Club House Restaurant with a more informal atmosphere and simple but creative dishes with particular attention to the territory.
Location
Tuscany in central Italy is renowned for its beauty, hillsides blanketed in olive groves and vineyards and stunning cities like Florence and Pisa. What the region is less known for are its golf courses which are quite superb. The majority of golf courses in Tuscany sit as part of a golf resort, but there are some courses in the region such as Ugolino and Le Pavoniere that do not have a hotel on-site, but don’t worry, you can still get to these courses from the aforementioned golf resorts within a short drive. Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
