For over 100 years golfers have enjoyed the beautiful wooded course and warm hospitality the Wildernesse Club has to offer. Founded in 1890 the Club has a proud heritage and today is a private members’ club with an unassuming style which conceals a very special place for both members and visitors to enjoy the game we love.
Whether you are planning a visit for the day, would like to join our membership community or wish to hire the facilities for a private occasion we look forward to hearing from you.
The Club has hosted a number of prestigious competitions including Regional Qualifying for The Open, the British Seniors Championship and the English Golf Union Club Foursomes and County Finals.
Location
The South East region of England has some of the best golf courses in the country. After playing the renowned courses such as The Grove, Stoke Park, St Georges and Hanbury Manor, it is easy to see why the South East is incredibly popular with both groups looking to party and couples looking for a romantic break.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!

Your money is safe as we are fully financially protected in compliance with The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992. All monies received by a Travel Trust Association member are deposited into a Trust Account; a bank account designated to hold the customers’ money in ‘Trust’ until their holiday is completed. An appointed Trustee must authorise any payments from the Trust Account to the Travel Trust Association Member. In addition to being held in trust, you also have a financial guarantee from the Travel Trust Association.
