Overview
Just to the south-west of the city of Rennes you will find the excellent Rennes St. Jacques Golf Club. The club is home to a superb 18-hole championship course, a 2,275-yard 9-hole course and a compact 9-hole course for working on your short game. Despite being an “urban” course, the 18-hole course at Rennes St. Jacques is just as attractive as others in more rural settings.
The course possesses all the charm of an ancient course where challenging holes compete with spectacular scenery. It stretches to 6,713 yards with a par of 72 and has a mixture of tight and open fairways and well-protected greens. The majority of the holes are tree-lined, and the round comes to a close with a lovely par 5 that skirts a lake and requires an approach to a green that is virtually an island. The course is not too punishing and is ideal for the higher handicapper. It is extremely well-maintained, and the club is renowned for the friendliness of its welcome.
Location
Two diverse regions, both popular with travelling golfers yet far enough away to travel to avoid the crowds. Brittany has the longest coastline of any region in France and many of the golf courses and hotels that we feature take advantage of the coast, both on the northern and southern shores.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
