Overview
At Alhaurin Golf Club you can enjoy one of the most spectacular golf courses in Spain. It consists of 18 holes designed by legendary player Severiano Ballesteros alongside a 9-hole par 3 course, with great views of the Sierra de Mijas and the Mediterranean Sea. The main campus is located on uneven terrain, which gives it great personality, which added to the original design of the great Seve, make it challenging for the good player and great entertainment for the middle and high handicaps.
With five par 3s, five par 5s and eight par 4s, all quite distinct from each other, Alhaurin is a challenging, demanding, original and fun course on the Costa del Sol. Throughout these 18 holes you can enjoy the magnificent contrast between the manicured fairways, roughs and wilderness of the Sierra de Mijas. The second course, a par 3 short course, is a unique layout of its unique beauty and traceability. Not only a great place to start playing this sport, but is also perfect for train travel in the short game.
Location
The Costa del Sol has long been synonymous with golf and is known as the Costa del Golf with over 70 golf courses along the Mediterranean coastline between the golden sandy beaches and the mountains behind. The majority of the best golf courses are located between Malaga and Gibraltar – the two main airports serving the Costa del Sol.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
