The prestigious golf course at Hanbury Manor was the first to be designed by Jack Nicklaus II and still incorporates features from an earlier 9-hole course designed by the great Harry Vardon. The course is now widely recognised as one of the best in England, with each hole offering a unique challenge. Hanbury Manor provides an exhilarating experience for golfers of all handicaps. The course measures 7,052 yards from the championship tees and the USGA greens and numerous tee boxes provide excellent surfaces and year round playability.
First built around the family home in 1890, the original Harry Vardon golf course has since been sympathetically re-designed by Jack Nicklaus II to create an unforgettable course. With its cleverly sited trees and several picturesque water hazards, the course at Hanbury offers a true challenge to anyone who enjoys their golf. It is a PGA European Tour venue, has played host to many important championships, and has been a regular venue for the English Open. There can be few greater golfing rewards than a good round on the 6,678 yard championship course.

If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
