Overview
Belas Golf Course, designed by the American architect Rocky Roquemore, was designed as a meeting point between nature and golfers. It is set in the hills on the outskirts of Lisbon and integrates perfectly within the country club’s residential development of villas which are spread around the outskirts of the golf course.
The course is par 72 and is almost 7,000 yards from the back tees. The course starts out into a naturally preserved landscape littered with mature flowers and bushes, it then opens out by the villas that are part of the resort development. The undulating and sheltered fairways and greens provide golfers with a testing challenge, while still providing an enjoyable round. There are fantastic views of the hills and valleys from the high points on the course and the clubhouse.
The golf academy is one of the best in the region with excellent practice facilities including a driving range, putting green and chipping area. The clubhouse is modern and friendly.
Location

It maybe not be as well-known as the Algarve but it has the golf courses, accommodation, sights and entertainment to match. To the west of Lisbon are Estoril and Cascais, destination of choice for many of our clients. Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
