Overview
This stylish hotel is located on the edge of the town in a historic building and is within easy reach of over a dozen golf courses. The hotel has three categories of guest rooms dependent on size. All of the modern rooms have a TV, tea/coffee making facilities and a bathroom with free toiletries. The larger executive rooms also come with a spa bath.
The Van der Valk Hotel has a fitness club and the ‘La Sucrerie’ restaurant so that you can pamper both your inner and outer self during your stay. There is a selection of evening entertainment with several local restaurants and a pub just across the road as well as a bar and restaurant at the hotel.
The Waterloo battlefield is just five minutes from the hotel – where you can relive one of modern Europe’s most decisive moments. The region is adored by golfers and gastronomes and is ideal for groups of friends and couples.

The Brabant-Walloon region in southern Belgium is a relatively undiscovered region for travelling golfers. The capital, Brussels, is the gateway to a region containing many golf courses. Our preferred destination south of Brussels is Waterloo, famous for the battle to defeat Napoleon in 1815. Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
