Overview
Marbella Golf & Country Club was designed by Robert Trent Jones and is now an established Championship golf course with an imaginative layout to challenge professionals and amateurs alike.
The golf course is surrounded by lush green hills and olive trees and it uniquely compliments the natural environment. Each hole is unique in character and has views of the Mediterranean Sea. The numerous lakes and bunkers have to be negotiated to score well. As it is set in the hills there are small valleys, ravines and gullies waiting to snare your ball on the front nine. The back nine is flatter and below the clubhouse providing an easier test up the stretch.
Facilities include a magnificent clubhouse with a stylish restaurant and a large terrace with panoramic views of the coastline, a golf academy with an excellent putting green and tennis courts.
This is a very friendly, welcoming golf club and well worth including if staying in the Marbella or Fuengirola area.
Location
The Costa del Sol has long been synonymous with golf and is known as the Costa del Golf with over 70 golf courses along the Mediterranean coastline between the golden sandy beaches and the mountains behind. The majority of the best golf courses are located between Malaga and Gibraltar – the two main airports serving the Costa del Sol.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
