Overview
This course is located in Mumbles, a water sports centre at the entrance to the Gower peninsula and a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. Although rather hilly in places, Langland Bay is perfectly walk able, offering views to fire any imagination. However, the small greens, a fiendish collection of bunkers and threatening rough quickly bring you back to golfing reality. In fact, the hazards were clearly forged with the course and are dangerous without being downright treacherous.
Everything is on a open table in front of you so it is up to you to cross swords with the hazards in the great tradition of openness and challenge that is a James Braid hallmark. Imaginative but totally natural, the course has unique charm and although the yardage is short by today’s standards, par is never a walk-over. A number of international players are members here so they too must find this course to their liking and to their standard.

Once you have found the destination, hotel and golf courses that you would like to play, either fill in the ‘Request a Quote’ box or call us on 01371 483444. We will get back to you with a quotation by email. If this is to your approval call us so that we can run through your preferred itinerary and fine tune the details, we will then make the reservations and send you a confirmed itinerary. To secure the booking we will require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance payable eight weeks before you travel. It’s a simple as that!
